We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the company's workforce and administration requirements.
Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing daily employee attendance, payroll-related activities, salary statements, recruitment, employee records, leave management, onboarding, HR documentation, and general administrative activities.
The candidate should be capable of independently handling routine HR operations and coordinating effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttendance & Payroll
- Maintain and monitor daily employee attendance, new recruitment.
- Maintain attendance records for staff, workers, and contract employees.
- Track late coming, absenteeism, overtime, permissions, and leave.
- Prepare monthly attendance statements.
- Prepare monthly salary statements and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for salary processing.
- Maintain salary records, deductions, advances, incentives, overtime, and other payroll-related details.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information every month.
Recruitment & Manpower
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with management.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining dates and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment and manpower requirement trackers.
Employee Management
- Handle employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Maintain employee master data and update records regularly.
- Manage employee leave and permission records.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Support employee engagement and workplace discipline.
HR Documentation
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, registers, reports, and records.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management.
- Maintain attendance, salary, leave, overtime, and manpower records.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, and other HR documents as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for new joiners and resigned employees.
Statutory & Compliance Support
- Assist management/accounts in maintaining applicable statutory and labour compliance records.
- Support activities related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants/accounts for statutory filings and documentation.
- Maintain proper records for audits and inspections.
General Administration
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, production team, and management.
- Maintain office and employee-related records.
- Support company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
- Handle any other HR/Admin responsibilities assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR/Admin operations, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Experience in attendance management and payroll/salary preparation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, Basic in ERP and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of employee attendance, leave, overtime, and salary calculations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Knowledge of statutory HR compliance will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities, maintain accurate attendance and salary records, coordinate recruitment, and effectively handle employee-related requirements.
Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or industrial company will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and strong knowledge of MS Excel may also be considered.
Salary
₹18000– ₹25000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
