Job Title: Sales Manager – Pan India DSA Business, PDD & Initial months Collection

Job Objective:
To drive business generation for the DSA vertical across India by sourcing loan leads across India worth ₹10 Cr+ per month, ensuring 100% PDD (Post Disbursement Document) compliance, and managing initial days’ collection to maintain portfolio health. The role requires strong market connections, a dealer/connector network, and operational follow-through across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Generation (Pan India DSA Network)
- Generate and achieve ₹10 Cr+ monthly business leads through DSAs, dealers, brokers, and connectors.
- Expand sourcing network by onboarding Salakhar Sathi and sub-agents across India.
- Maintain regular follow-up for lead conversion from login to disbursement stage.
- Coordinate with lender partners, credit, and operations teams for faster processing.
- Ensure portfolio quality through proper customer profiling and documentation.
- Track market trends, competitor schemes, and share actionable insights with management.
B. PDD (Post Disbursement Document) Management
- Monitor and ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of all post-disbursement documents.
- Track PDD status Pan India through MIS reports and region-wise dashboards.
- Follow up with regional teams, DSAs, and RTO partners for closure of pending PDDs.
- Escalate critical PDD pendencies and implement process improvements to minimize delays.
C. Initial Days’ Collection (0–30 DPD)
- Track and follow up on first EMI and early bucket cases to control delinquency.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and field staff to ensure timely payments.
- Share daily collection status with management and lender partners.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce bounce cases in the first 30 days.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily / weekly MIS for leads, disbursements, PDD, and collection updates.
- Coordinate with RTO agents, and back-office teams for seamless operations.
- Present region-wise performance reports and suggest corrective actions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- ₹10 Cr+ monthly lead generation across India
- PDD closure % (target 95%+ within TAT)
- Initial days collection performance (0–30 DPD < 2%)
- Number of new DSA/connector tie-ups
- Disbursement-to-login conversion ratio
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience: 5–10 years in DSA sales / loan sourcing / collections (Used Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, SME or Consumer Loans preferred)
- Must Have network of Sales profile team/ dealers / connectors generating consistent business
- Track record of achieving ₹10 Cr+ monthly business
- Knowledge of loan documentation, RTO process, and early collection management
- Skills Required:
- Strong business development and relationship skills
- Good communication and negotiation ability
- Proficient in Excel and MIS
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to travel Pan India if needed
Remuneration
Fixed salary + attractive incentive structure based on disbursement achievement, PDD compliance, and collection.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
