Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related products

Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships

Enhancing/ maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from them

Build relationships with Bankers, CA, and other NBFCs to generate leads

Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share

Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company

Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals

Negotiate and closure of mandates with the potential client
Job Specifications:
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream or MBA
Technical Skills Required

Capability to do direct sourcing

Basic understanding of the balance sheet

Knowledge of Secured and Unsecured Business Loans Products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
