Frankojulia Creation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Cost Estimator for handling project costing and estimation for retail and interior projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for retail fit-outs, interiors, fixtures, and fabrication works.
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to prepare accurate commercial estimates.
Calculate material, labour, transport, installation, and vendor/subcontractor costs.
Prepare client quotations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals with proper margin calculations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for rate collection and comparison of materials/services.
Maintain updated records of costing formats, market rates, BOQs, and vendor quotations.
Support project and procurement teams in budget planning, cost control, and value engineering.
Ensure timely submission of estimates with high accuracy and commercial viability.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of retail fit-out / interior / fabrication costing
Good command of Excel and basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
Strong analytical, commercial, and coordination skills
