Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Executive for the healthcare sector to support the growth and promotion of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare marketing, patient engagement, referral development, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient awareness and service utilization.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research and analyze healthcare industry trends.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, health awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Represent the organization at healthcare events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license preferred.
