We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associate to support our IT sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in closing sales for IT products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Identify new business opportunities in the IT services/domain
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on inquiries
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 months of experience in sales/business development (IT preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services/products (web, software, or SaaS is a plus)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or tech solutions
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
