Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network systems, and user support activities. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across dealership locations and provide timely technical assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, networks, and related IT equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, email, internet, and system issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network security.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, system access, and data backup processes.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for ERP/DMS-related support.
- Ensure proper functioning of dealership management systems and applications.
- Maintain IT asset records, AMC details, and inventory of systems/accessories.
- Support CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems.
- Install antivirus and ensure system security compliance.
- Handle software updates, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related requirements and training when needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and minimize operational downtime.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Basic understanding of servers, routers, switches, and firewall management.
- Familiarity with ERP/DMS software used in automobile dealerships.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and remote support tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in automobile dealership or automotive industry.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with dealership software and network management.
- Understanding of CCTV, biometric systems, and data security practices.
- Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler dealership experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
