Job Summary
The HR Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates for hotel operations and support functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle bulk hiring for operational roles such as Steward, Captain, Chef, Restaurant Manager, and F&B Executive.
- Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring status, and MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
Required Skills

- MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Hospitality/Hotel industry.
