We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Handler to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our audience, increase brand awareness, and monitor performance to achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Create captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos aligned with the brand's identity.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent creativity and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
- Video editing skills for reels and short-form content.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Portfolio of social media work or content creation is an advantage.
