Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless project communication from enquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular client meetings and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and provide periodic updates to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare CRM reports.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong customer relationship management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Infrastructure sector is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
