Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies for Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Job Boards, and referrals.
✅ Screen and evaluate technical candidates based on client requirements.
✅ Experience working with US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, EAD consultants
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
✅ Work on W2, C2C, and Fulltime requirements.
✅ Negotiate rates and maintain candidate relationships.
✅ Meet daily and weekly submission targets.
Required Skills
✔ 2–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of US staffing process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
✔ Experience working with ATS and job portals.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,424.00 per month
