Job Responsibilities- Senior Executive Institutional Partnership
- Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, training institutes, and other educational partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders, including Directors, Principals, Deans, Placement Officers, and faculty members.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions to promote organizational programs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the institutional partnership network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership activities and programs.
- Organize campus engagement activities, workshops, seminars, webinars, and career-related events.
- Track partnership performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership opportunities, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on partnership development, pipeline status, and key outcomes.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new opportunities for institutional collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Institutional Partnerships, Business Development, Academic Outreach, Campus Relations, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior academic stakeholders.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Skilling sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for institutional meetings and events.
