Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) supporting the Business Partnership Advisory function, you will play a key role in partner acquisition and engagement for the RAC Ecosystem Fund. The role involves lead conversion, partner education, meeting coordination, and supporting Partnership Advisors in on boarding partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Present the RAC ecosystem and services clearly to clients and prospects.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support client acquisition.
- Conduct independent client relationships while contributing to team and business targets.
- Maintain accurate client data, follow-ups, and on boarding records in the CRM system.
- Build long-term client relationships while contributing to team and business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or finance will be preferred.
- Exposure to premium segment sales such as vehicle showrooms or builders will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
