Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and experience in office administration.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
- Procure and maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and vehicle management for employees and visitors.
- Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, and office access.
- Maintain attendance records, visitor registers, and courier management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and arrange refreshments when required.
- Process and verify vendor bills, purchase requests, and payment-related documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to office administration and safety.
- Assist the HR department with administrative activities and employee engagement events whenever required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
