Job Summary
The Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing guest interactions at the reception desk, handling reservations, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries and requests. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room availability and guest requests.
- Maintain the reception area and front office records.
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
