Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Counsellor to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide accurate information about our services, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Counsel customers regarding company products and services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
Requirements
- Graduate (Any Stream).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary & Benefits
