Responsible for coordinating with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local agencies to obtain necessary approvals, clearances, and compliance certificates for real estate projects. Ensures all legal and statutory requirements are met and maintains strong relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain approvals from municipal, environmental, and revenue departments.
Liaise with government officials, legal advisors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with local laws, RERA, and other regulations.
Maintain documentation and follow up on permits, NOCs, and licenses.
Resolve any external issues affecting project progress.
