Hillwud Ply (Haploos Plyboards, Yamunanagar) is hiring field sales executives for Kaithal - one of our most important dealer markets.
What you will do (field job, daily):
1. Visit customer sites in and around Kaithal - meet end customers and convince them to choose Hillwud ply.
2. Build and manage the carpenter network (onboarding into our Karigar programme) and meet architects/interior designers.
3. Generate demand that flows to our Kaithal dealer counter - your success is measured in the dealer's monthly tonnage growth.
4. Support opening new dealers in nearby towns when opportunities arise.
What we need from you:
1. Building material / plywood / laminate / hardware field sales experience preferred.
2. Kaithal-based preferred; strong candidates from nearby areas welcome (two-wheeler + daily Kaithal presence required).
3. Hardworking, good communicator, target-driven, willing to be on the road daily.
Pay: Rs 20,000 - Rs 45,000 per month + TA/DA + performance incentive on measurable results.
