We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with deep experience in the welding industry. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence and managing technical sales for our range of welding machines and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Identify and visit potential clients, including fabrication units, manufacturing plants, and construction sites.
- Product Demos: Conduct live demonstrations of welding machines (Inverter, MIG, TIG, Plasma) to technical teams.
- Lead Generation: Convert inquiries into sales and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business.
- Negotiation: Handle quotations, pricing negotiations, and closing deals independently.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4–5 years in Industrial/Welding sales (mandatory).
- Communication: Fluent in Tamil and English.
- Vehicle: Must have a valid two-wheeler and license for field visits.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
