City Forge Studio is a growing digital marketing and branding startup working with real businesses and real clients. We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, outreach, and client acquisition in a startup environment.
This role offers hands-on exposure to how a digital agency generates leads, connects with business owners, and converts prospects into clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cold calling and outreach to potential clients
- Introducing company services clearly and professionally
- Lead generation and prospect research
- Creating, managing, and updating lead databases
- Following up with interested prospects
- Assisting in sales coordination and client communication
- Supporting day-to-day business development operations
Who Can Apply
- Students or freshers interested in sales, marketing, or startups
- Comfortable communicating with business owners over calls
- Willing to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Able to commit consistently for the full 6-month duration
