Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join DCH Group. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding, custom clearance, and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and develop business in freight forwarding (Sea) and logistics services
- Visit clients and build strong relationships with exporters/importers
- Promote DCH services including Custom Clearance, Transportation (50+ own fleet), and Freight Solutions
- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with clients
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of shipments
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain database of clients and follow-up regularly
- Identify market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / CHA
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of export-import process preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Documentation)
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits
