Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer – Civil to manage and supervise construction site activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of apartment construction works, site coordination, and project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day apartment construction activities at the site
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
Handle site measurements, material checking, and reporting
Prepare daily work reports and maintain project documentation
Verify drawings and execute work as per plan
Resolve site-related technical issues
Requirements:
Diploma or B.E in Civil Engineering
2–7 years of experience in civil/site engineering
Experience in apartment projects is mandatory
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and site execution preferred
Ability to handle manpower and site operations efficiently
Chennai candidates only preferred
