Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily records of all financial transactions, including site sales, land development expenses, and general office overheads.
- Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely processing of vendor and utility payments.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit/loss statements and cash flow tracking, to support business decision-making.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements to ensure account accuracy.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of GST filings and ensure all local tax obligations are met accurately and on time.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all land titles, sales agreements, and financial documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (experience in the real estate sector is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting software.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Integrity: Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and vendors effectively.
- Handling godown and stock inventory
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
