Position: Telecaller Executive
Company: Lobbi – Turf & Fitness Booking Platform
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Make outbound calls to turf owners, sports academies, gyms, fitness centers, and wellness businesses.
- Introduce Lobbi's platform, features, and benefits to potential partners.
- Identify prospective businesses that can list their services on the Lobbi platform.
2. Client Acquisition & Onboarding
- Explain the registration and onboarding process to potential partners.
- Assist venue owners and fitness businesses in creating and completing their Lobbi profiles.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
3. Product Promotion
- Educate clients about Lobbi's booking system, customer reach, promotional tools, and revenue opportunities.
- Communicate ongoing offers, campaigns, and new platform features.
- Encourage businesses to adopt Lobbi as their preferred booking solution.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to address concerns and improve engagement.
- Gather feedback from partners and report insights to management.
5. Sales & Revenue Support
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Convert inquiries into active platform partners.
- Upsell premium listings, promotional packages, or additional services when applicable.
6. Customer Support Coordination
- Address basic client queries regarding bookings, payments, and platform usage.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the relevant departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
7. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM/software.
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
- Track conversion rates and partner engagement metrics.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Tamil preferred if targeting Tamil Nadu).
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Interest in sports, fitness, and technology platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, or customer support.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplace platforms, sports, fitness, or digital products is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
