- Applicants must be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST)
- Prepare and file tax returns on time
- Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations
3. Audit & Assurance
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure financial transparency and accuracy
- Identify risks and suggest corrective measures
4. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor actual performance vs budget
- Advise management on cost control and profitability
5. Accounts & Bookkeeping Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
6. Financial Planning & Advisory
- Provide strategic financial advice to management
- Assist in investment decisions and business expansion
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities
7. Compliance & Legal Matters
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other regulations
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors
- Handle company filings and documentation
8. Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
- Analyze costs and suggest cost-saving measures
- Improve financial efficiency and margins
