Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support sales operations, reporting, client communication, and coordination activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess fluency in English, strong Advanced Excel proficiency with speed and accuracy, and the ability to manage coordination tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Coordination
- Handling client communication through calls, emails, and meetings professionally.
- Coordinating with internal departments for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Following up with leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Assisting in preparing sales-related documents and reports.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Preparing and maintaining daily sales reports and MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Managing client databases, sales records, and follow-up trackers accurately.
- Updating and analyzing business data with speed and accuracy.
- Maintaining organized documentation and records.
- Sales Operations Support
- Managing scheduling, meeting coordination, and sales updates.
- Ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and timely communication.
- Supporting management with reporting and coordination activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Coordination.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel with high working speed and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
