We are looking for driven US IT Recruiters to support our US staffing operations.
You will work closely with sales/account managers to source, screen, and submit candidates for active US requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Understands US hiring dynamics
- Is comfortable working in the US night shift
- Can work with targets, timelines, and pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT professionals using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Screen candidates for:
- Technical skills and experience
- Work authorization / visa status
- Rate expectations and availability
- Submit quality profiles for active US requirements within defined timelines
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until feedback is received
- Ensure resumes are updated and formatted as per client/vendor standards
- Maintain daily tracking of:
- Submittals
- Interviews
- Feedback and closures
- Perform basic candidate verification and commitment checks before submission
- Share daily/weekly activity reports with the internal team
Who Should Apply
