Job Title: EV Technician

Job Summary
The EV Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining electric vehicles (EVs) as per company and manufacturer standards. The role includes handling battery systems, motor controllers, charging systems, and electrical diagnostics while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in electric vehicles using diagnostic tools and software.
- Repair and maintain EV components including battery packs, motors, controllers, and charging systems.
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of EVs.
- Conduct battery health checks and troubleshoot charging-related issues.
- Follow high-voltage safety procedures and use PPE while working on EV systems.
- Maintain job cards, service records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with spare parts and service teams for smooth workshop operations.
- Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep tools and workshop equipment in proper condition.
- Stay updated with new EV technologies and service procedures.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical
- EV certification or relevant training preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in EV or automobile servicing preferred
- Knowledge of EV systems, batteries, and electrical components
- Understanding of BMS (Battery Management System)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
