What You'll Do
- Edit long-form and short-form content, with a focus on viral talking head videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube
- Cut fast-paced edits with strong hooks, retention editing, captions, and sound design
- Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and text-based storytelling
- Work with producers + creators to turn raw footage into platform-ready content
- Stay on top of editing trends, memes, and formats that drive views
What You Need
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro — timeline speed, keyframing, audio mixing, multicam
- Strong motion graphics skills — After Effects a big plus, but mograph in Premiere required
- Understand what makes a talking head video go viral: pacing, pattern interrupts, captions, B-roll, zooms, sound
- Portfolio showing short-form edits + motion work. YouTube/TikTok/Reels links preferred
- Can take feedback fast and iterate quickly
- Based in Chandigarh or willing to relocate. In-office role
- Bonus Points
- Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or AI editing tools
- Basic color grading + audio cleanup
