What you'll own
- End-to-end case management: sample movement, lab progress, TAT tracking
- Primary contact for patients and caregivers - proactive, structured updates
- Escalation ownership: fast resolution, root cause documentation, recurrence prevention
- Process improvement: identify recurring gaps, suggest fixes, improve SOPs
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–6 years in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination, or high-touch patient roles
- Background in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Healthcare Ops
- High ownership mindset - resolves problems without deflecting
- Emotionally mature - handles sensitive oncology conversations with clarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
