About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our Policy Advisory division. The role involves researching, reading and analysing Central and State Government policies, identifying applicable incentives and subsidy opportunities for clients, preparing analytical reports, and supporting application processes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong policy research, analytical, and report-writing skills, with the ability to interpret lengthy policy documents and translate complex regulatory information into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse Government policies, schemes, notifications, circulars, and incentive frameworks.
- Conduct detailed policy research related to warehousing, logistics, industrial development, infrastructure, manufacturing, and investment promotion.
- Assess client eligibility for various Government incentives, subsidies, grants, and benefits.
- Prepare policy summaries, reports and presentations.
- Support preparation, documentation, and submission of incentive applications.
- Maintain databases of incentive schemes, policy updates, and application status reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in policy research, policy analysis, government incentives, consulting, or similar domains.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse lengthy policy and regulatory documents.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in government incentives, subsidy advisory, industrial policy, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or consulting will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Land Documentation Specialist (Patwari)
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all land-related documentation for all kinds of land parcels.
- Organize revenue records, ownership documents, lease agreements, sale deeds, mutation records, and related legal documents.
- Coordinate with local revenue authorities, Patwaris, Tehsildars, Sub-Registrar Offices, and legal teams for document collection and verification.
- Maintain a centralized repository and MIS of all land parcels and associated documentation.
- Verify land measurements and conversions across units such as Bigha, Acre, Hectare, Sq. Yard, Sq. Meter, and Sq. Ft.
- Support land due diligence and acquisition processes by identifying documentation gaps and ownership issues.
- Prepare land status reports and documentation summaries for management review.
Desired Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in land records management, revenue documentation, or land administration.
- Strong understanding of revenue records and land terminology.
- Familiarity with land acquisition, leasing, mutation, registration, and title documentation processes.
- Strong documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and document management systems.
Preferred Background
- Former Patwari, Revenue Department professional, Land Records Executive, Documentation Executive.
- Experience in real estate, industrial parks, warehousing, logistics, infrastructure projects preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
