Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher)
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Assist in Google Ads campaign management
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives and content
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
