Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate Development

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, coordinating with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal teams, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Site & Construction Management
- Supervise daily construction activities across multiple project sites.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Architects, Structural Consultants, and MEP Consultants.
- Monitor work progress against approved project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Appoint, supervise, and evaluate contractors and subcontractors.
- Review contractor bills, work progress, and quality of execution.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project costs.
Quality & Safety
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
Government & Regulatory Coordination
- Coordinate with government authorities for project approvals, inspections, and statutory compliances.
- Liaise with consultants for regulatory submissions and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local development authority regulations.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Approve material requirements and contractor invoices.
- Minimize project delays and cost overruns through effective planning.
- Prepare periodic cost and progress reports for management.
Reporting & Communication
- Submit weekly and monthly project status reports to senior management.
- Conduct project review meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or construction.
- Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager or Senior Site Management role.
- Experience in plotted developments, residential townships, commercial buildings, or mixed-use projects is highly preferred.
