Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production teams, and ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, Testing, and Sales to maintain smooth production and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor personnel.
- Allocate manpower and monitor production targets.
- Issue and track work orders through ERP.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for material availability.
- Work closely with QC, Testing, and Sales to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
