We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and streamline operations, build scalable systems, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Build and improve operational systems & processes
- Coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution
- Drive growth strategies and operational efficiency
- Work closely with founders on business goals and scaling
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations leadership roles
- EdTech industry experience preferred
- Strong team management and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
