Job Requirements:-
Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and effective communication.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws, maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, etc.), and liaise with government agencies as needed.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Training & Development: Organize and implement training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
HR Policies: Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in HR (experience in manufacturing is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
