- Manage stock of bakery items, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
- Conduct stock audits and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and store teams.
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO practices.
