Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and migration projects, including transitioning financial systems from Tally and QuickBooks Online (QBO) to NetSuite ERP. The role requires strong accounting expertise combined with hands-on NetSuite configuration, data migration, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation from discovery to go-live.

Manage migration of financial data from Tally and QBO to NetSuite, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.

Migrate and reconcile key financial data such as Chart of Accounts, vendors, customers, opening balances, and historical transactions.

Configure NetSuite modules including GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

Set up workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, and saved searches.

Ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting standards.

Support month-end and period-end close processes within NetSuite.

Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytics for management reporting.

Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to business users.

Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams for successful project delivery.
Required Skills:

Experience in finance/accounting and ERP implementation.

Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration.

Proven experience in migrating data from Tally and QuickBooks Online.

Strong understanding of accounting processes including GL, AR/AP, and reconciliations.

Experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and financial systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in finance/accounting roles with hands-on exposure to ERP systems.
- Proven experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong experience in migrating financial data from Tally and QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting systems.
- Solid understanding of core accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Hands-on experience in data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
