Key Responsibilities
- Operate and handle a 6.5 Feet Lathe Machine efficiently and safely.
- Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, boring, grooving, and other machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machine settings.
- Measure finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform machine setup, tool changing, alignment, and basic adjustments.
Required Skills
- Good practical knowledge of 6.5 Feet Lathe Machine operation.
- Knowledge of different cutting tools and machining techniques.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
