Role & Responsibilities
- Handle floor operations smoothly during service
- Lead and coordinate with stewards and service staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and table service
- Manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards across the floor
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Assist in staff training and daily briefings
- Upselling and menu knowledge proficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as Captain/Senior Steward in premium dining, luxury hotels, or fine dining restaurants
- Strong communication and guest handling skills
- Good understanding of service etiquette and SOPs
- Leadership mindset with team coordination abilities
- Well groomed and professionally presented
- Immediate joiners preferred
