Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer / Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to
design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable blockchain-based applications for a software
product company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with smart contracts,
decentralized applications (dApps), Web3 technologies, and blockchain platforms across
domains such as FinTech, Digital Assets, Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Blockchain Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based applications and platforms
- Build and maintain smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain programming
languages
- Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 integrations
- Implement tokenization, staking, wallet integrations, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
solutions
- Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and security
Smart Contract Engineering
- Develop, audit, and upgrade smart contracts
- Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation
- Perform smart contract testing, debugging, and deployment
- Ensure compliance with blockchain standards and protocols
Domain-Based Solution Development
- Build blockchain solutions across domains:
- FinTech (payments, remittances, DeFi, digital identity)
- Digital Assets (tokenization, NFT platforms, wallet management)
- Supply Chain (traceability, provenance tracking)
- Healthcare (secure patient records and data sharing)
- Real Estate (property tokenization and transaction automation)
Integration & Infrastructure
- Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications and APIs
- Work with nodes, wallets, explorers, and blockchain infrastructure
- Develop and maintain backend services supporting blockchain operations
- Monitor network performance and optimize system reliability
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and development teams
- Translate business requirements into blockchain solutions
- Document architecture, smart contracts, and technical workflows
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development
- Experience working in product-based companies or blockchain-focused projects
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed systems
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Hyperledger, or similar
platforms
- Hands-on experience with smart contract frameworks such as Hardhat, Truffle, and
Foundry
- Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain APIs
- Experience with databases, REST APIs, and microservices
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
or GCP)
- Understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security

Preferred Attributes

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
