Business Development Executive.
As our Sales and Business Development, you will be the driving force behind growing Rokosh Prive Interiors' portfolio of residential and commercial clients. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and represent our brand with professionalism and passion. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities for Revenue & Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Reach out via calls, emails, and social platforms with design service offerings.
- Understand client needs (budget, style, space requirements) and qualify leads.
- Schedule consultations for designers.
- Drive new customer acquisition through referrals, partnerships, digital leads, and networking.
- Existing network among architects, builders, and homeowners in Bangalore & Hyderabad.
- Maintain and update client details in CRM. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on campaigns and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Establish and nurture partnerships with real estate agents, contractors, architects, and developers
- Represent Rokosh Prive Interiors at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handoff.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth goals.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Required Skills Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, or a related industry preferred such as Livspace, HomeLane, Bonito, DesignCafe, or premium interior firms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities.
