Key Responsibilities:
- Execute work as per GFC drawings
- Plan schedules and monitor site progress
- Ensure quality, safety, cost, and wastage control
- Coordinate subcontractors and arrange work fronts
- Forecast materials and raise indents
- Prepare contractor bills and daily/weekly reports
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with project team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-rise building projects
- Knowledge of site execution, drawings, and reporting
- Good coordination skills
