Responsibilities: - Quickbook Accountant to Process journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts daily - Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and variance analyses - Support audit preparations by organizing documentation and trial balances - Verify transaction accuracy across investment and client accounts - Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations - Participate in quarterly tax filings and regulatory reporting tasks - Collaborate with senior accountants on cash flow forecasting models - Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial control procedures
