- Serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients delivering SAP IS U Device Management Meter Reading AMI Smart Metering and Meter to Cash transformation solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement scalable SAP IS U Device Management solutions
- Lead requirements gathering solution design configuration testing deployment and production support activities
- Configure and support device lifecycle processes including installation replacement removal exchange certification and retirement
- Support Smart Metering AMI NEM NBT DER and bi directional metering initiatives
- Work closely with SAP IS U CS Billing Meter Reading FI CA MDM EDM SAP S 4HANA and SAP BTP teams
- Support SIT UAT Cutover Go Live Hypercare and post production stabilization
- Drive process optimization automation and utility modernization initiatives
- Participate in client workshops solution demonstrations and business development activities
- Stay current with SAP S 4HANA Utilities UC4G Smart Grid AMI IoT and SAP BTP innovations

- 5 years of SAP IS U Device Management experience across implementation enhancement rollout migration and support projects
- Experience across Electricity Gas Water and Multi Utility environments
- Smart Grid AMI IoT and Renewable Energy Programs
- SAP Datasphere SAP Analytics Cloud SAC and AI enabled utility solutions
- Agile Scrum delivery experience with strong stakeholder and client management skills
