DS-MAX is hiring for Senior Architect with strong experience in real estate development projects. The candidate will be responsible for design conceptualization, coordination, approvals, and execution support for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead architectural design from concept to execution for real estate projects
· Prepare and review concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed drawings (GFC)
· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants
· Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, zoning regulations, and RERA norms
· Handle authority approvals and liaisoning with government bodies
· Work closely with project, sales, and marketing teams for design alignment
· Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings
· Manage project timelines, quality standards, and cost optimization
· Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
· Strong expertise in architectural planning and design development
· Hands-on experience in working drawings & GFC preparation
· Knowledge of high-rise residential
· AutoCAD
· Revit (preferred)
· SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray
· RERA guidelines
· Construction methodologies
· Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
· Registration with Council of Architecture India is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
