Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the study abroad counseling team
- Monitor daily performance and support team members in achieving admission targets
- Guide counselors in student conversion and application processing
- Handle escalations and provide proper solutions to students and parents
- Train and motivate the team to improve productivity and service quality
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management
- Support marketing activities, seminars, and student events when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the study abroad field
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities
- Knowledge of international admission procedures and visa process
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
