Branch Manager – Gold Loan
Regional Sales Manager / Area Business Manager
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving branch profitability, business growth, portfolio quality, customer acquisition, and overall branch operations. The role involves managing Gold Loan business, leading branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Drive Gold Loan business growth by acquiring new customers and increasing branch portfolio.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for disbursement, revenue, and profitability.

Manage end-to-end branch operations including customer servicing, documentation, and loan processing.

Lead, coach, and motivate branch employees to enhance productivity and performance.

Ensure accurate valuation of pledged gold through effective supervision of valuation activities.

Monitor branch portfolio quality, collections, and overdue accounts to maintain healthy asset quality.

Develop local market penetration strategies and build strong relationships with customers, traders, and influencers.

Conduct field visits and customer interactions to generate business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and company policies.

Monitor branch cash management, security procedures, and safe custody of pledged ornaments.

Analyze branch performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.

Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Graduation in any discipline; MBA preferred.

4–8 years of experience in Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.

Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.

Strong understanding of Gold Loan operations, valuation process, and branch management.

Proven track record of achieving business targets.

Good leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of the local Kalyandurgam market will be an added advantage.
