Customer Support Executive (Healthcare)
Location: Sector 65, Gurugram (Work from Office)
EVE Healthcare is hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist patients with booking diagnostic services such as MRI, CT Scan, PET CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and Blood Tests.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient calls and WhatsApp queries
- Book appointments and provide pricing
- Guide patients through the booking process
- Coordinate with diagnostic centers
- Maintain lead and booking records
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused attitude
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, or healthcare is preferred
Job Details
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 Day
