About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) to handle NEET/JEE Foundation programs for students from Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners. The role involves preparing students for competitive examinations while strengthening their academic fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions for NEET/JEE Foundation students.
- Teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology based on specialization.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions.
- Build conceptual understanding and analytical thinking skills.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and academic records.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development.
- Participate in parent meetings, faculty training, and academic reviews.
- Use digital learning tools and LMS platforms effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree (M.Sc./M.Tech. or equivalent) in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Experience in teaching NEET/JEE Foundation or competitive exam-oriented curriculum is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
